More unexpectedly, the epidemic and lockdowns have sparked needs and desires for professional development among many employees and companies. These are all challenges for which we are preparing.
Digitization of training
The sudden arrival of the health crisis and the subsequent lockdown required a rapid adaptation from those involved in continuing education. Unable to maintain traditional teaching methods, distance learning—and therefore the digitalization of training —became a necessity for everyone.
Our university continuing education the evolution of modular web design center had to offer live videoconferencing courses using proven tools like Zoom and Teams. Along with the teaching team, we had to adapt quickly and pay particular attention to the quality of the delivery and the teaching methods. Whether in-person or remotely, the human dimension must remain at the heart of teaching, especially in times of crisis. This is one of the key lessons of the pandemic: it is essential to maintain and even increase connections with learners .

Introduce interactive tools
To facilitate exchanges between students in person and remotely, the adoption of interactive tools quickly proved to be an asset.
