Since my blogging work has picked up and become more systematic, my mind is often occupied with the question “how can I manage my time better?”. Recently, I started using a weekly planner, which allows me to look at the amount of time I have from a slightly broader perspective. I also use a monthly planner, which allows me to manage my tasks on a monthly basis to some extent, but it is the weekly planner that saves me from a very long “to do” list that ends with a big FRUSTRATION sign (and usually on Saturday morning!)
How to use the weekly planner?
On Monday morning, I enter my skylar hardenbrook associate product manager weekly planner with tasks and meetings planned for that week (based on notes saved on my phone, among other things). I try to be quite meticulous about it and enter everything there – when I publish a new post, when I see friends, and when I have a doctor’s appointment. This way, I can see how much time I will have at my disposal that particular week, and that I need to work on Saturday’s post on Tuesday, because then I simply won’t have time for it for the rest of the week.
How do I use the weekly planner?

I almost burst from frustration!
Since I started using weekly planners, I really feel like I can handle more things, and I can do them with more mental comfort. Of course, this system doesn’t protect me from unforeseen situations, but I think it at least helps minimize losses – even if I “accidentally” miss one day from my calendar, at least I have things from the remaining days sorted out. I also feel less stressed because I don’t have to remember all these things – after all, that’s why I have them written down in the planner.
