When exporting records, account times were used instead of agent times

When you exported a record to HTML or PDF, the times in the exported file were incorrect. This was because the times were exported based on the time zone set for the account in the database, while the times in the table were displayed correctly based on the time zone of the agent’s computer that exported the record. This fix re-unified the times so that the same time was displayed in the table and on the exported record.
