#WildMobilization – October Challenge

September is slowly coming to an end – so it’s time to slowly prepare for the October challenge. But before we get to it, tell us how you did with your September resolutions? Were the temptations too much for you? Did you manage or did you have trouble achieving your goals? Or maybe you’re here for the first time and didn’t have any specific goals in September?

September Challenge Summary

September was quite a challenge adam stoltman  for me. The multiplication of new responsibilities made it harder to maintain discipline – but I managed it. In September, I promised myself to maintain my August program of systematic exercise and introduce a new “difficulty” in the form of giving up sweets. So far, I have managed to do both – although every visit to my parents requires the activation of reserves of self-control. However, in my new job, it seems that it is not a habit to cover desks with sweets at every opportunity – so at least I have it easy on that.

There have also been some specific effects that make me feel like it’s worth sticking to my small steps strategy (you can read more about this in the article about building new habits ). My body is noticeably slimmer, and my pants size has gone down by one size. Interestingly, the effects are almost invisible on the scales – but I try not to tear my clothes apart because of it, and just keep doing what I’m doing.

Goals for October

What are my goals for October? To continue email marketing strategies that worked during quarantine  my current habits, plus introduce a new habit of giving up white bread – I feel that my love of fresh croissants is undermining a little (or maybe even a lot) of the effort I put into daily exercise and not eating sweets. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

October Challenge Calendar

If you want to join the October challenge – I have qatar numbers  prepared a special calendar for you. I believe that celebrating your small victories – even by checking them off in a specially prepared calendar – gives us self-confidence. Each “crossed off” day also strengthens our belief that we will manage the next day.

I also encourage you to declare (among friends or e.g. on Facebook) what new habit you will work on in October. The power of such a declaration is truly enormous – as I myself saw when I declared on August 1 that I would exercise every day.

And here is the October calendar waiting for you to download. If you don’t follow Wild Rocks on Facebook yet, I warmly invite you to do so – you will always find an additional dose of motivation to act there.

The official hashtag of the challenge is #DzikaMobilizacja – you can use it, for example, to post information about your progress, pains or simply when you need additional motivation. Thanks to it, I hope that we will find ourselves more easily on the Internet
