November Challenge + Downloads

Another month is slowly coming to an end. It’s time to sum up the October challenge and set new goals.
Today there will be no propaganda of success. Unfortunately – I have nothing to brag about this month. It turns out that I was too quick to declare victory over sugar and sweets. On October 1st I took part in an event during which I made pralines (a great thing!). And it started again: a cookie here, a wafer there… The culmination was a carrot cake that I made myself, and mostly ate myself. Well – nobody is perfect, and I am just starting my adventure with developing new habits, so I try not to be too hard on myself. As for the white bread challenge, there were no successes there either – which leads to a simple conclusion that I need to set my goals more realistically.

Daily physical activity – it’s been 90 days! November challenge

I managed to maintain the habit pennsburg pa  of daily exercise. I was quite surprised to realize that I had been exercising every day for 90 days. Not bad, right? However, these are not necessarily full-blown, 40-minute workouts. Whenever I can, I try to do a proper workout every other day. On other days and when I have less time, I do at least a quick, 10-minute set of exercises to maintain my fitness – plank, push-ups, squats, etc.  smuggle in new habits).

Mini challenge

In the last month, the topic sem for ecommerce  of snacking at my desk also came up quite unexpectedly. It’s a silly thing, but I caught myself accidentally eating an entire package of rice wafers while working on mockups. The girls from Positivision helped me realize the problem during workshops at the Strefa Zmian conference. The girls talked about mindfulness and conscious eating, among other things. I decided to intervene and change this habit for another one: I decided that for the next week I would not eat at my desk. This does not mean that I stopped eating. I eat – but in the kitchen. Period. As a result, I have not snacked at my desk for two weeks – and this is a great success for me.

November Challenge

In light of the events of the past qatar numbers  month and the return of the sugar craze, I have decided to take a step back to normalize the situation. I intend to continue exercising every day. I am also returning to the sugar detox. However, bread and crisps will have to wait until I manage to normalize the situation. Only when not eating sweets becomes second nature will I be able to raise the bar and start working on a new element.

Materials to download

As every month, I also have downloadable materials for you.
This time, I kept them in the colors of aubergine and navy blue – because these are the colors that November brings to mind. But to make it not so sad, I also added a bit of gold.
