I don’t like opulence, but I really like delicate gold elements. They are a beautiful finish that doesn’t overwhelm but perfectly complements both styling and interiors.
At the same time, I really like small typographic posters (placed on gridboard, for example), so I decided to find a way to break their black and white style and give them a slightly “richer” character. So I started looking for a solution that would allow me to decorate my cards with truly golden lettering.
How to make gold lettering? How to make
At first I decided to use glitter, but it turned joe chernovetz out to be inefficient on its own. It was also very difficult to apply the perfect amount of glue to such a thin inscription, so as not to destroy the subtle creases of the notepad font I used to prepare the card.
Attractions of Nałęczów
Nałęczów is a spa town “with digital marketing in times of quarantine: 3 lessons we learned a cardiology profile” (as Wikipedia writes), so the average age of its visitors was indeed very high. The town is famous for its mineral waters with various health properties. The commune includes the Spa Park, the historic Nałęczów spa from the 19th century, and the Żeromski museum. We can also take a walk along the main street and look at historic villas in the Zakopane style.
Palm House in Nałęczów
However, during our short visit to Nałęczów, I was most interested in visiting the palm house (I love palm trees!). And then, among the various strange things that live qatar numbers in my box of art supplies, I found a gold contour pen for creating such supposed stained glass windows. And it was a bull’s eye! The very idea of a contour pen is to create more precise designs – so it was perfect for filling and outlining letters. Additionally, it also worked well as glue – its sticky consistency was the perfect base for glitter (however, such a gold contour pen – if it has a shade you like – can be used as a standalone filler for our inscriptions).
palm house in naleczow
The Palm House in Nałęczów is not particularly impressive, although I must admit that it is nice to sit there – there is a nice, peaceful atmosphere there. So you can sit in an armchair, drink health water and relax. If I could spend a few days in Nałęczów, I would happily hide in such a palm house with a computer and a cup of coffee. Or I wouldn’t mind a local SPA.
