There is one thing I particularly dislike in the fall – I am always cold. My feet are cold, my hands are cold and I think my ears are cold. I dress warmly, but thick clothes are not particularly comfortable. They also do not fulfill their role 100 percent, because even in terrycloth socks my feet are still cold. That is why at this time of year I start to dramatically search for anything that would warm me up, from the inside.
Warming drinks
Warming drinks are the most popular trena cook here. You see – regular tea is not enough here – I need drinks “for special tasks”, which, thanks to appropriately selected ingredients, allow me to finally feel a pleasant warmth inside.
So if, like me, you are constantly freezing, then this post is especially for you – today I have prepared a text with recipes for warming drinks for all the chilly ones
1. Rosemary and lemon water
This is my absolute hit. I really like how to attract leads through facebook? rosemary for its unusual flavor. When combined with ginger and lemon, I get a drink that warms up nicely and has an interesting flavor:
Ingredients:
Rosemary
Lemon (steamed)
Ginger
Honey/Brown sugar
It’s great if we have a mortar/pestle with which we could crush all these ingredients (ginger, rosemary and lemon) together – if, however, we don’t have such a tool in our home assortment, we can simply poke the ingredients with a fork (or a wooden spoon handle) and pour boiling water over everything. Finally, when the drink cools down a bit, add honey to taste (we don’t pour boiling water over honey because it loses its health properties)
Alternative: While crushing the ingredients, add a shot of bitter stomach vodka. A very nice drink for winter evenings.
