The work of our system analysts began with a business audit. We found out the company’s goals, learned its needs, studied how the sales process works, and so on.
A total of 20 people work in amoCRM. The employees sell courses in various areas. The company works in the educational online platform “Foxford” with its own API. The educational resource “Foxford” is a proprietary development of the University “Netology”.
When a client selects a course, they already see the automatically calculated cost. All that remains is to confirm the purchase with the manager and promptly pay for the service. So, in order to speed up and automate the sales process, the company needed a widget that would generate a payment link for the client and pull data from the platform to amoCRM.
By clicking on such a link, the client will enter their bank card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.
The second global task is that the organization needs to understand sales analytics: determine the number of successful and unsuccessful transactions for further analysis. The calculation of indicators should be carried out regularly, providing them with up-to-date data.
Thus, we had to solve the following problems:
